Our return policy:

Midwest promises to be fair, you promise to be reasonable.*

Returns or exchanges must be made within 90 days of the purchase date. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt, or Midwest must be able to locate the item in your customer purchase history.

Returned merchandise must be in new condition with the original tags and packaging for a full refund. Damaged, washed or used items cannot be returned. Returned footwear must have the original box.

Boats, wetsuits, underwear, swimwear, gift cards, bulk cord, shipping costs, and special-ordered merchandise (items that we do not normally carry) are not returnable. For safety reasons, climbing merchandise such as ropes, carabiners, harnesses and helmets cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return amounts will be credited to the credit card used for the purchase. Cash purchases will be refunded for returns $200 and under.  Any cash return greater than $200 we will mail you a check in 5 to 10 business days.  Can’t wait? We can issue you store credit to spend that day or use up to two years from the date of issuance.

If the original purchase came with a free gift or a discount coupon and you are not returning the free gift, the gift value and/or coupon amount will be deducted from the return.
