People ask us all the time about what information we keep and what we do with that information.  What information we do have we will never release or sell to other parties … we promise!

What we do use your information for:

• We like to get your name and address (and month of birth) so we can have a record of what you buy to make returns easy, notify you of product recalls (which does happen), send you a birthday gift certificate, and make sure you get our Outdoor Adventure Expo Newspapers and sale postcards.
• We’d love your email address.  We’ll add you to our Midwest Mountaineering Newsletter list.&bsp;  We know how sensitive folks are about spam.  We won’t give out your email to anyone else, and we promise not to deluge you with too much mail.  The updates are fun, informational and keep you current with what’s happening at the store.
• If you ever want to stop getting information from us contact us at 612–339–3433 or e-mail us to be taken off our customer mailing list.
